Refund policy

Hello, we at the metaphor want to give you the best possible experience which might take a second attempt, so here's our return/exchange policy.

For returns and exchanges: 
We have a 7 days easy return policy. We currently do not facilitate exchange.

Please find below the instructions/ information 
1.  To be eligible for return, the product (s) must be in the same condition that you've received it, unworn or unused, with tags and it's original packaging. 
2. To start the return, you can contact us at themetaphor.help@gmail.com or drop us a text on +91-9137466311, or directly from our website.
3. Once your return is confirmed we will send you a confirmation mail with more details relating to pick up.

4. A picture/video proof of you handing over the product(s) to the delivery agent will be needed. The product should be clearly visible in the said picture/video.

Please Note:
1. Shipping charges are non refundable 
2. Products ordered during sale or in BOGO are not eligible for return.

For return mandatory picture/video of product being handed over to the delivery agent is required. The product and quantity should be clearly visible in the picture/video.


 

Refund:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.  Once the returned product passes our Qc we will process your return to your original payment method or as a coupon code whichever you like. Please note below:
1. Refunds may take 10 business days to reflect in your bank account. Coupon code however is instant.
2. Products failing QC will not be Eligible for refund. 
3. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund
